Oct 11, 2015 I wanted to run PPSSPP on my machine to emulate the HD P3rd but I ran into problems. I installed PPSSPP and the game in hopes that it would just work. Of course not. So when I open PPSSPP I get 'Insufficient Open GL driver support detected' and if I try switching to DirectX I also then get 'D3DX DLL not found' for that. DirectX D3DX DLLs. In previous versions of the DirectX SDK, D3DX was statically linked. Current versions use a DLL instead. Unfortunately, with each minor update of the SDK, a new version of this DLL was created. Many people find they cannot run simple programs they download from the net because they miss a file such as D3DX925.DLL.
